Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

  • Socks that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL

Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by our error, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@scsovx.com. with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at help@scsovx.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Ineligible Returns

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted. Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements may be rejected or partially refunded.
